4. Complete your order

When all the details are in place, we place the order and pick a time for the installation.

5. Delivery

When your solar panels are ready, it is time to deliver the solar cells to your home. We keep you informed about the delivery status and where the solar panels are located, as well as the expected delivery time. As a rule, the solar panels are delivered a few days before the actual installation is planned.

6. Installation

Installing solar cells usually takes about half a day to a full day, depending on the number of solar panels. During installation, you as a customer need to be available at home because our solar panel installers need to have access to the buildings power plant. When the installation is complete, an electrical installer comes and switches on the electricity. Finally, we at Svea Solar will inform your electricity company that the replacement has been carried out so that they can come and replace the electricity meter.

7. Change of electricity meter

In order to be able to sell and get paid for your excess energy, you need to change electricity meters when installing solar panels. When the replacement is done you will have your own plant ID and be ready to begin your solar production.

8. Follow the solar energy online

Once the solar panels are up and running, you can track the electricity you have produced and consumed in the Svea Solar app, which is a smooth and engaging way to see the effect of your new solar panels! Especially if you are a company or a co-op that has made a joint decision to install solar panels.
