Tore Myrholt
Chairman of the Board
Tore has been chairman of the board of Svea Solar since 2022. He is now Director Emeritus at McKinsey & Company after three decades as Director/Senior Partner. He has several board assignments in various sectors, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Erik Martinson
Co-Founder and Chief Innovation Officer
Erik is Co-Founder and Chief Innovation Officer of Svea Solar and a board member. He founded Svea Solar in 2014 together with Björn Lind. Today, Svea Solar is one of Europe's fastest growing companies and Sweden's leading solar energy company. He has a Master's in Industrial Engineering and Science from Linköping University.
Anne Martinson
Member of the Board
Anne is former chairman of the board, now board member and has had the role of Senior Advisor since Svea Solar was founded in 2013. She was previously chairman of the board of Svensk Solenergi (2019-2020), and for ten years she was CFO at Mannheimer Swartling Advokatbyrå. She has a Master's in Business and Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics.
Herman Korsgaard
Member of the Board
Herman is a member of the board since March 2022. Herman is a Director at Altor Equity Partners . Prior to joining Altor in 2016, he worked with finance and strategy amongst other for the investment bank Morgan Stanley International. He holds an Executive Programme Diploma from Stanford University, MBA from INSEAD, and Bachelor in finance from Cass Business School in London.
Jonas Arvidsson
Member of the Board
Jonas has been a board member since 2022, and is CEO of One Nordic, which is one of Sweden's leading suppliers of technical services, contracting and maintenance in the energy sector. He has had several board assignments and has a Master of Science and a PhD in Machine Elements from Lund University of Technology.

Mattias Ringqvist
Chief Executive Officer
Mattias joined the board of Svea Solar in January 2024, before becoming CEO in May 2024. He has extensive business experience from leading +500 MEUR companies, such as CEO at Verisure Securitas Direct in the Nordic countries and as CMO for Telenor group in Denmark. Before his executive career, he was a partner with McKinsey & Company.
He is a valued chairman and board member in other sectors and holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Chalmers University of Technology, Gothenburg, and Eidgenössische Technische Hochschule, Zurich.

Christian Brunhøj
Chief Financial Officer
Christian joined Svea Solar as CFO in 2023. Before that Christian spent the last couple of years as divisional CFO of the payments company Nets (Merchant Services division) and supported the transition from a private-equity-backed company into a European PayTec with the Nets-Nexi merger. Prior to his CFO experience, Christian worked for six years at McKinsey & Co as a management consultant and later co-led the turnaround of the Norwegian fiber telecoms company Broadnet (now GlobalConnect). Christian has a master’s degree from The London School of Economics as well as a master’s degree in Management Accounting from Copenhagen Business School.
Jonas Wedin
Chief Operating Officer
Jonas began his role as Chief Operations Officer at Svea Solar in February 2024. He has extensive experience in leading operational change processes at companies such as Anticimex and the telecom service company Relacom. Before joining Svea Solar, Jonas was responsible for Technology Strategy and led the end-to-end development of technical services for the Nordic business market at Telia Group. In addition, he has a background as a strategy consultant at McKinsey & Company and Accenture Strategy. Jonas holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm.
Taner Karacan
MD Germany
Taner joined Svea Solar in 2023 as Managing Director for Germany. Taner is responsible for the development of the business in Germany. Prior to joining Svea Solar, Taner held various executive roles, most recently at FexEx where he led a team of 3000+ professionals in 32 countries. Before his role at FedEx, Taner served as Managing Director at TNT Express. Taner holds an MBA in Finance from The Danube University Krems.
Roberto Colombo
MD Italy
Since 2023, Roberto has been Managing Director for Svea Solar’s business operations in Italy. Roberto joined Svea Solar in 2022 as Interim Managing Director for Germany. He has almost 15 years of experience within the solar industry and has for almost 25 years held management roles within various sectors such as renewable energy, IoT and Hi-Tech goods. Before joining Svea Solar, Roberto was Regional Director for several countries at Brunata A/S, an international company focusing on energy efficiency for homes. With a background in industrial electronics, Roberto holds a degree in Political and Social Sciences.
Jonas Lundmark
Interim CHRO
Jonas has been with Svea Solar since September 2023 as Group HR Partner and became interim CHRO in May 2024. Jonas has previous experience as a management consultant at Resources Global Professionals and most recently served as the HR manager for the Asia-Pacific region at Business Sweden. Jonas holds a double bachelor's degree from Uppsala University and has completed the Executive Management Program at the Stockholm School of Economics.
Sandra Bergqvist
Chief of Staff
Sandra joined Svea Solar in 2022 and has held several roles in the company. Most recently, Sandra was part of the German Management Team as Head of Business Development and before that, she was part of the Solar Services team, driving the commercialization of our Solar as a Service portfolio. Before Svea Solar Sandra worked as a management consultant at McKinsey & Co. Sandra holds a BSc degree in Business and Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics (SSE).
